PREPARING THE MACHINES BEFORE USAGE IS IMPORTANT!!!
1. PRINTER
(a) HOME

Home all axis before starting point

(c) LOAD

When loading filament, cut filament at an angle, insert the filament end into slot, and turn the feeder until 1 inch can be seen.

2. FILAMENT
(a) CHECK FOR OVERLAP

Check to see if the roll has a crossing filament. If yes, untangle.

(b) TAPE

When switching rolls, be sure to secure end by tape or holes.

3. LOADING
(a) WATERTIGHT MODEL

Avoid open, zero-thickness models, non-manifold edges, self intersecting surfaces. Use Meshmixer or Netfab to fix the files.

(b) SCALE

1 mm thickness is minimum. More delicate and fine models are more likely to fail.
