Laser files should be submitted as .ai illustrator CS5 file

The sewing and embroidery machine we have works similar to a printer. Embroidered projects will always have a backing fabric to ensure the rigidity of the chosen canvas (e.g. paper, or actual canvas, etc.). These backings can have different qualities as some can be water soluble and can wash off the back if desired.
